Dr. Jason Bauer

Dr. Jason Bauer understands firsthand the impact sports has in developing a person.  As a walk-on, Jason was a starter for the 1999 University of Iowa “Sweet 16” team, and later served on coaching staffs at the junior high, high school, and collegiate levels.  Currently, he runs youth basketball clinics and leagues, while also serving as the Assistant Executive Director for the National Association of Esports Coaches & Directors.  The skills developed through athletics has allowed Dr. Bauer to work for a Fortune 500 company, serve as a university administrator, and recently become a member of the leadership team for ScriptClaim Systems. He holds a doctoral degree in educational leadership from Drake University, a master’s in administration from Viterbo University, and a bachelor’s in mathematics from the University of Iowa.
